1993 - 2005 - Present   Real Estate Sales Associate specializing in single family, condominiums, and land sales with RE/MAX Realty Professionals, Inc. representing Sellers and Buyer in exclusive agency.  Covering Harrisburg and the Central PA area.  
Working with Buyers and Sellers in the real estate market.   Average transactions amounting 6 - 10  million a yearly.

1983 - 1993 - Executive manager of Minnich Engineering & Assoc, Inc.    Secretary/Treasurer for the Corporation in charge of all financial aspects of the company.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

Member of the National Association of Realtors and the Harrisburg Board of Realtors.

Member of Floyd Wickman's Master Sales Academy.

Member the Central Pennsylvania Chapter Construction Specifications Institute. Served on the Board of Directors for ten years and as Editor of the Newsletter.

Auxiliary to the Harrisburg Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. Member, Past President and recipient of the 1980 "Outstanding Service Award". Served as chairman of the annual Fashion Show Luncheon for three years straight 1990-92 and again in 1997 breaking all previous records by netting over $ 6,000 each year and over $6,800 for 1997, for the Scholarship Fund and thus helping the organization win the "Most Active Auxiliary" award for numerous years.   Presently President of the Auxiliary.

Master Flower Show Judge for the National Council of State Federated Garden Clubs. Over 12 years of education in the field.

Won the PHS Top Award for Flower Arrangement in the 1994 Philadelphia Flower Show representing The Garden Club of Harrisburg.

Represented the Central Area Judges Council at the National Convention in Philadelphia in May 1992 by doing a program featuring a very large lighted flower arrangement using lights, etc.

Represented the Harrisburg Area in the Philadelphia Harvest Show in  September 1992 with a design representing the Olympics. Took all the top honors of the show.

Represented the state of Pennsylvania at the National Botanical Gardens in October 1992 with a design for Pennsylvania for the "Discovery" tribute to Columbus.'

Member of Central PA, Philadelphia, and Northeast Area Flower Show Judges Councils. Served as Chairman of Flower Show Schools and Judges Credentials for the Pennsylvania Federation of State Garden Clubs.

 Member of The Garden Club of Harrisburg.

Certified New Home Sales Professional Course - November 1994.

Real Estate Course by the Real Estate Institute of PA, Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA. Teacher was Mr. Ted Stefan, Jr.

"SWEATHOG" Real Estate Course. Intense marketing course covering an eight week period in February and March of 1994.
